First Response - First Aid for Divers

• You learn life-saving emergency procedures such as CPR and First Aid

In short: This course provides you with the knowledge and practice to act correctly at the crucial moment.

• First Aid (Secondary Care) as well as CPR – that is, Primary Care (Initial Care) and Secondary Care (medical first aid)

• Use of oxygen and AED/Defibrillator in a diving emergency

• Shock prevention, stabilization of spinal injuries, use of barrier devices for infection control, and first aid procedures – based on international standards. Objective: Upon successful completion, participants receive a certificate which not only serves as a prerequisite for the PADI Rescue Diver Course but is also recognized internationally – for example, in workplaces or for certain driver’s licenses.
