Terms and Conditions

According to our General Terms and Conditions, reservations should be made at least seven days in advance.
This helps us provide you with the best possible service by ensuring all necessary staff and equipment are available.

• You can make your reservations via the contact page, send us an email using the contact form, or call our number 004915678310825.

• To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 50 Euros is required.

• Deposits can be made via bank transfer to a German bank account or via PayPal accounts. Payments

• Shop prices are quoted in EUROS. We accept Euros or Mexican Pesos.

• If you wish to pay in a currency other than EUROS, the exchange rate will be based on the official daily exchange rate.

• We accept payments in cash, PayPal, or bank transfers.

• Final payments must be made before the last dives.

When you book with us, we reserve fixed spots for you – guide, equipment, vehicle and date. At short notice we can no longer fill these spots. That’s why the following applies:

Single dives

• Cancellation more than 24 hours before the scheduled date: we only retain the deposit.
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled date: the full price will be charged.
• No cancellation or no-show: the full price will be charged.

Diving courses and dive packages

Courses and packages are binding once booked. Cancellation is not possible – neither at short notice nor in advance. In both cases the full price will be charged. Please only book a course once your date is genuinely confirmed.

Bookings made through travel agencies or other third-party providers

These bookings are generally excluded from any cancellation. The dives will be charged in full.

In case of illness

If you provide a medical certificate signed by a Mexican doctor, we will only retain the deposit. This applies to single dives only – not to diving courses and dive packages.

Our recommendation: international health insurance

We recommend taking out international health insurance for your trip that also covers cancellation costs. That way you’re protected if you’re unable to dive for health reasons – especially with courses and packages, which we cannot cancel. Before signing up, please check whether diving is included in the coverage; many standard policies exclude it.

Equipment Rental

• The person renting is fully responsible for all equipment rented by them.
In case of loss or damage, this person will be charged 90% of the new price.

• A flooded regulator requires servicing.
Only the parts will be charged at 65 Euros here.
